The Boost your Investment Journey with Stock Bundles Giveaway Promotion (the "Promotion") is available from 26 June 2024 00:00 (Jakarta Time) to 31 July 2024 23:59 (Jakarta Time) (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period") to users of Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) who either are making their first deposit or have cumulative deposits of less than $500 and meet the Eligibility Criteria (as defined below).

Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) offers a self-directed service and is under no obligation to assess suitability. Before making an investment decision, you should consider your own circumstances and financial position and seek independent financial and professional advice. If you do not feel this Promotion is suitable for you, you may opt to not participate.

Eligibility:

To participate in the Promotion and to qualify for the Reward (as defined below), you must satisfy all the following requirements (collectively, “Eligibility Criteria”):

1. Employees of Gotrade Indonesia and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate;
2. you must have received an invitation from Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) to participate in the current Promotion via Gotrade Indonesia’s official WhatsApp account “Invitation”);
3. you must be a user of Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) who has successfully opened a Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) trading account in your own name and fully completed the know-your-customer process, and either have not yet made a deposit prior to the Promotion Period or have a cumulative deposit of less than $500;
4. save for your existing account that is currently in “demo” mode, you must not have or have had any other Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) account, including accounts that are or have been suspended, canceled, restricted, or terminated; and
5. you must activate your Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) trading account by making your first deposit (with the amount as stipulated in the Rewards Criteria below) (“First Deposit”) within the Promotion Period;

For the avoidance of doubt, any deposits made during the Promotion Period that bring the user’s cumulative deposit to at least $500 will qualify for rewards under this Promotion, irrespective of any prior deposits

1. you must make the requisite number and value of buy orders as stipulated in the Rewards Criteria below within the Promotion Period;
2. the value of the purchased stocks must be at least 80% of the deposited amount ($500), 70% of the deposited amount ($1,000) or 50% of the deposited amount ($5,000).
3. participants of the "Boost your investment journey with stock bundles" promotion are required not to withdraw funds from their account balance during the promotion period. If a participant makes a withdrawal before the end of the promotion period, they will be disqualified from the promotion and will forfeit their right to receive the stock bundle.
4. the First Deposit, including any proceeds from liquidation of any buy orders using the First Deposit shall not be withdrawn during the Promotion Period; and
5. you shall inform Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) through Gotrade Indonesia’s official WhatsApp account once you have fulfilled the ****above. If you fail to inform Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) of the above during the Promotion Period, you shall not be eligible for the Reward. Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) shall not be responsible for or entertain any appeal on the basis of failure to notify Gotrade Indonesia (PT Valbury Asia Futures) of the completion of the eligibility criteria.
